George’s at La Jolla Cove

George's at the Cove, La Jolla

George's at the Cove, La Jolla By Melissa Cummings RN Over the weekend, my husband and I spent an evening in la Jolla, California. We ate at George’s Bar, where the modern restaurant décor had a mix of stainless steel, wood and glass. We were seated at the back end of the bar, next to a waist high glass partition which kept us inside, but let us feel connected to the outdoors. We had a stunning view of La Jolla Cove. There are huge tree trunks that go from floor to ceiling, a large fireplace that is always crackling, and chairs ranging from comfy arm chairs to antique looking lounge chairs. Skis adorn the walls, along with street signs from...

It is cut in half to be eaten like  a burrito. They do not use wasabi and soy sauce, but make up their own sauce and put it...
